Planetary/Batman: Night On Earth by Warren Ellis and John Cassaday.
The Planetary field team is investigating a series of murders in their (the Wildstorm universe’s) Gotham City. While investigating one of the crime scenes, they find the man responsible. His reality-warping powers then shift them through multiple versions of Gotham inhabited by different incarnations of the Batman.
This is the second iteration they encounter, hence Jakita’s line.
